No. Peer support is built on lived experience, not clinical credentials. If you've navigated a struggle like burnout, anxiety, grief, or a breakup and come out the other side, that experience is the credential. We provide onboarding on safety and boundaries.

Is being a peer supporter the same as being a therapist?

No. Peer supporters offer emotional presence and shared experience — not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. You hold space; you don't treat. Our onboarding covers exactly where that line is and how to escalate when someone needs professional help.

How much time does being a peer supporter take?

It's flexible and fully remote. You set your own hours and support when you're available — consistency matters more than volume.
